Comfort Suites Wixom - Novi

This place suits me perfectly. The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool make my stays enjoyable. I still remember when the staff helped me find my lost jewel during my first visit. I recommend it for your next trip!

Early check-in, late check-out. Nice building and rooms with the whirlpool tub. Unbeatable location to Christ Covenant Church.

The location was comfortable in a very very nice area, short walk to grocery store, lots of restaurants, stores and food and multiple areas. Visited Shakers Bar and Grill for a few drinks, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel, recommend.

The employees were very nice and were very helpful.

I liked everything about it. It was the best stay at a hotel I've ever had.

Their idea of a "jacuzzi suite" is a room with jetted tub in the bathroom. We were looking for a hot tub. Don't be fooled !

Bathroom door did not clear the floor towel. Floor towel too small. Plastic glasses are low class.

The nearby Shakers Bar and Grill had some killer burgers that really hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the cozy room was a decent base for exploring the local food scene. Fun times!

Everything was horrible. The smell of paint was a real downer and my phone didn't work. On top of being charged an unexpected $150 deposit, the hallway was filled with signs about messy repairs. What a joke!

Price was just outstanding for the quality of the rooms and the fact that there was a complimentary full breakfast buffet. The staff at the front desk were so kind and courteous. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved hitting up the nearby outlet shopping and checking out local eateries. The rooms were cozy. Just remember, the breakfast options can be hit or miss, so plan accordingly.

One downside was the bathroom ceiling needing repair, a bit concerning. Hope they get that sorted out .

The warm pool was a definite highlight , perfect for my kids who loved splashing around. The location was convenient for our visit to local attractions. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. I found black mold in the AC unit and the bathroom had a noticeable odor. We encountered a loose bathroom door hinge, made closing the door challenging. While I appreciated the friendly staff, the overall maintenance of the hotel fell short of my expectations. The breakfast options were also quite limited, disappointing. I enjoyed the cozy seating area in our room, but the issues with cleanliness and maintenance really took away from our experience.

Not being able to make a call to Canada as the phone system was locked out for calls to Canada and the staff said they could not unlock. The owner had to and it would take a week.

Comfort Suites offers decent amenities but struggles with cleanliness. Staff friendly, but hallways smell bad.
